The TV series "Person of Interest" or as it is also called "In Sight" premiered on CBS on September 22, 2011. This new fantastical police drama was created by John Nolan, known for such masterpieces as "Interstellar," "The Dark Knight," and "The Prestige."

The script of the TV series tells the story of Harold Finch's life. The billionaire developed an innovative computer surveillance system for the government, capable of predicting acts of terrorism and crimes based on a number of monitored online factors. The government order was made to prevent the tragic events of September 11, 2001 from happening again in the United States, but as it turned out, it was also capable of detecting ordinary crimes.

Before he had the chance to offer to use the obtained data, he himself became a victim of an attack, which resulted in partial paralysis and the death of his friend Nathan Ingram. He uses this incident to hide from government agencies and declare himself dead. Later, he hires former CIA agent John Reese to stop crimes before they happen, using the data from the created system. As the plot develops, their team expands, making it easier for them to fight for justice in the United States.
