On May 9, 2016, a new Ukrainian-produced series in the genre of military drama premiered. The release took place on the TV channel TRK "Ukraine".

The events of the series unfold after the start of the Great Patriotic War. The Nazi German troops crossed the border and have already won several battles. Now they have Kiev in their sights as an important stronghold. The deputy military prosecutor from Moscow arrives there with an important secret mission to create a new secret department to fight crime on all fronts. Two people are involved in this mission: the main character Ivan Rokotov, who is the best in the local department, and investigator Svetlana Elagina from Dnepropetrovsk. Their main task will be to prevent any action that undermines the fighting spirit of the soldiers. It is already known that enemy saboteurs have infiltrated the city. Order must be maintained at the military fortifications, and any opportunities to harm the residents must be eliminated in the city itself. All members have been given special authority, as there are people in the Soviet government who want to improve their financial status during this shared disaster.
