The story centers around four friends who stopped communicating after a tragic incident happened to their friend. After a party, Alison disappears without a trace. Nothing was heard about her for a whole year. The heroines unite after they start receiving threatening messages from an unknown subscriber, signing off as "A," on their cell phones. They can only guess who is hiding behind the nickname. In their investigation, the girls have come a long way. They have been through tough transformations, have been captives, learned that the missing person is actually alive and forced to hide from dangerous individuals in another city, but ultimately they have identified the killer. It seemed like all the misadventures were behind them and they could live a normal life. The young ladies finished school and focused on building their careers. However, soon they have to come back to their homeland again, as someone has taken revenge on the criminal and they become the main suspects.

The leading roles were played by Ashley Benson, who starred in the TV series "Pretty Little Liars" and "Supernatural," Lucy Hale, the star of the movies "Cinderella Story 3" and "Private Practice," Shay Mitchell, who participated in the films "The DUFF" and "Rookie Blue," and Troian Bellisario, who appeared in the projects "Quantum Leap" and "Suits." The drama was nominated for the "Saturn" movie award.

In the Russian Federation, the premiere episode was released on October 29, 2012. Each season consists of 20-25 episodes. The script tells the story of girls who are involved in solving mysterious crimes.
