The premiere of the 2nd season of the TV series "Investigation of Love" is scheduled for the first half of 2018. Star Media, the film company responsible for releasing the crime drama, has announced the upcoming release of the continuation of the project.

The finale of the first part will take place in the autumn of 2017. The melodrama is broadcasted on the "Pyaty Kanal" channel. The story revolves around an attractive middle-aged woman who works as an investigator for particularly important cases. This multi-series soap opera is the result of joint efforts by directors and screenwriters from two countries - Russia and Ukraine.

Nadezhda Polyakova is a mother of many children. However, family life did not work out. After the birth of their last child, the spouses realized that they could no longer pretend to be happy parents and decided to get divorced. Now she is raising her beloved, but mischievous children on her own with pride. Her husband ruthlessly cheated on her. For a long time, she did not know about his infidelity, but when the bitter truth came out, the girl could not find the strength to forgive the betrayer, and she kicked the man out of the house. Soon she began to think about resuming her duties. But the main heroine was absent for a long period, so significant changes occurred in the department. Nikolay Kryukov becomes her immediate supervisor. The employee, returning from maternity leave, enters into conflict with the management, but this does not prevent her from brilliantly performing her work.

The key roles were played by Nonna Grishaeva, the star of the films "Election Day" and "New Year's Turmoil," Igor Lifanov, who gained fame after participating in the action films "Wild" and "Deadly Force," Alexander Mokhov, who appeared in the films "The Siberian Barber" and "The Teacher in Law," and many other artists.

The audience will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the premiere episode on April 3, 2017. A total of 32 episodes were filmed. Nadezhda works at a police station, gradually improving relations with colleagues and solving crimes.
