Santa Clarita Diet Season 2

Michael A. Ross, one of the producers of the international comedy project "Santa Clarita Diet", has announced that the 2nd season of the drama is scheduled for the first half of 2018.

The finale of the first part was broadcasted in February 2017 on "Netflix". This is a story about a joyful married couple living in picturesque California.

The main heroine lives in a huge mansion with her handsome husband and charming teenage daughter. Abby is getting an education and just starting to date the opposite sex, so she needs advice from the older generation more than ever. However, her parents are more concerned about how to earn more money and impress their superiors. The spouses are colleagues and deal with selling luxury apartments to their demanding clients. This business is highly competitive, so they always have to be prepared for hard work. One day, Sheila begins to feel strange changes within herself. Along with feeling unwell, she realizes that she craves human flesh. Unable to resist, she becomes the first victim. Joel, as a loving partner, doesn't turn Sheila into the police, but instead helps her hide the body. The couple tries to understand what is happening to Sheila and how to return everything to normal.

The leading roles were played by Timothy Olyphant, known to viewers from the films "Perfect Getaway" and "Snowden", Drew Barrymore, beloved by the public after the release of films "Blended" and "Miss You Already", Skyler Gisondo, who appeared in TV series "Cold Case" and "House M.D.", and other artists.

The premiere started on January 20, 2017, and consisted of 10 episodes. The script tells the story of a married couple who unexpectedly find themselves in an unpleasant situation. It turns out that the wife has an irresistible urge to eat raw meat.
