Dances from TNT - the Russian version of the Western talent show format, in which the best dancer of Russia is chosen. The premiere of the first season took place on August 23, 2014.

The annual show is focused on selecting the most skilled dancer among thousands of dancers from all over the country and the nearest foreign countries. Participants aged 16 to 36 can take part in the project. The competition is divided into 4 stages: "Casting in Russian cities," "Elimination of 24 participants for the project," "Competitive concerts," and finally, the "Final." Three judges are responsible for the selection of participants and further elimination. They watch a short performance of each participant, evaluate their skills, and make decisions about their future in the show. The jury consists of two permanent judges - the director and choreographer Egor Druzhinin and the dancer-choreographer Miguel, as well as a changing host, who has been joined by more than 20 stars of the Russian show business. The participants who pass the selection are divided into two teams: the first one is prepared by Druzhinin, and the second one by Miguel. Then they have to demonstrate their skills in the final competition. The winner of the competition, chosen by viewers through SMS voting in the final, will gain fame and receive a prize of three million Russian rubles.
