In 2018, the sports multi-series drama "In the Constellation of Sagittarius" by Roman Gapaniuk started on Channel One. The TV show is based on the true story of the life of a great Soviet football player.

The plot unfolds in the middle of the last century in the USSR. The main character is Eduard Streltsov, played by Dima Vlaskin. It became clear from the age of 16 that the guy had a great future in football. Streltsov's talent was quickly noticed by Soviet coaches, who placed him in Moscow's "Torpedo" and the football team of the Melbourne Olympic Games. At 18, he became one of the best forwards in the Union - a fate that many would envy. The sports star quickly rose to fame, which made his fall even more painful. The youth idol found himself in a difficult situation after being accused of raping Marina Lebedeva. Without conclusive evidence of his guilt, he was sent to prison for five years. There are many speculations and theories surrounding this case: some accuse the authorities of framing him after Eduard refused to switch football clubs, while others believed that the promising athlete ended up behind bars after refusing to marry the daughter of the Minister of Culture of the USSR. Only seven years after the accusations, he was allowed to return to his beloved sport, where he once again won the highest titles as part of the Union team.
