When Calls the Heart Season 6

Nill Fernley, executive producer of the drama project "When Calls the Heart," announced that Season 6 will be ready for airing by February 2019.

The finale of the 5th part is expected in spring 2018. The broadcast will take place on the "Hallmark Channel". The romantic TV series was created based on a series of fascinating novellas by Janette Oke.

The story revolves around a charming girl named Elizabeth Thatcher, who grew up in a wealthy aristocratic family and received a good education. She shone at social events and delighted the esteemed audience. However, the beauty herself categorically did not want to marry advantageously and sit in a luxurious mansion, raising underage heirs. She envisioned her own future differently. The charming woman dared to leave her father's house and set out on an amazing journey. She settled in a tiny mining town. Her favorite aunt, who also had a bold character, used to live in this settlement. She becomes acquainted with the not-so-friendly local residents and starts teaching. The woman teaches the local children literacy and strives to support their parents in difficult times. She makes loyal friends and falls in love with a charming law enforcement officer.

The main roles were played by Erin Krakow, who was involved in the TV shows "When Calls the Heart" and "Castle", Daniel Lissing, who appeared in the series "Blindspot" and "Suits", Martin Cummins, who starred in the films "Pastor's Wife" and "Supernova", and other artists.

The premiere started on January 11, 2014. About 50 episodes were shot. The main heroine goes against her parents' will and comes to a small town located on the border territory.
