The key character in the Ukrainian production project was embodied by Artem Alekseev, who had already participated in full-length dramas "Northern Wind" and "Terror with Love".

The multi-episode TV show is dedicated to a wise, intellectually gifted, and incredibly quick-witted guy named Anton. His comrades call him by the nickname "Bellringer". The brave young man serves in the government system and perfectly fulfills his duties. He knows how to interrogate the main suspects and make them confess. The determined investigator can turn on the charm, but if necessary, he is of course capable of bluffing and confusing the criminals skillfully. He brilliantly confuses the bandits. Sometimes the law enforcement officer has to be deceitful and audacious. The fearless operative admits that the profession requires ferocity and resourcefulness. The courageous hero does not like to give up his principles, but often negotiates with his conscience. He is engaged in various investigations and is not used to shying away from difficult tasks. The resourceful policeman impresses his superiors with his confident actions. His responsible colleagues are also dissatisfied with Zvonarev's eccentric behavior. His opinion does not depend on the orders of bosses. The brave soldier is not afraid to take risks and challenge heartless thugs.
