What the series is about

The series "Lestnitca v nebesa" tells the love story of Anna and Artem, similar to that described in Shakespeare's play "Romeo and Juliet". They have been growing up together since childhood, and they also faced the tragedy that befell them (the death of one of their parents) hand in hand. This became a strong foundation for their friendship and then the love of the main characters. However, their lives were disrupted by the second wife of Anna's father - Avdotya, who brought her children from her first marriage into the house. Envy becomes the cause of discord - Avdotya's daughter tries to ruin the life of her stepsister. Like in Shakespeare's work, this story has a very sad ending...

The multi-series film "Lestnitca v nebesa" was planned for 24 episodes, which were shown in early 2016 on the channel TRK "Ukraine" and in the spring on the First Channel of Russia.
