Obratnaia storona Luny Season 3

The first two seasons were successfully shown on the First Channel, and then the TV show went on a nearly three-year hiatus.

The director of the series "Obratnaya storona Luny", Alexander Kott, in his interview shared with viewers the plans for the third season. According to him, the continuation can be expected in the summer of 2018, and the number of episodes will most likely remain unchanged.

Let us remind you that the TV show is a Russian adaptation of the script "Life on Mars" from the popular British TV channel BBC One. The original version had only 2 seasons, which included 16 episodes. For the continuation of the series, an original script will be written, not intersecting with the British version.

What will happen in the 3rd season

The plot follows the life of a policeman who, after a tragic chain of events on duty, is run over by the car of a criminal. For unknown reasons, he wakes up nearly forty years in the past - in the era of the Soviet Union, and instead of a police badge, he receives a traditional police uniform. Mysterious events lead the main character of the series, Misha Solovyov, to various versions of what is happening - from madness to never-ending dream. In the third season of the series "Obratnaya storona Luny", the main character will still be in 1979. Policeman Mikhail Solovyov will chase after the maniac Pavlov, attempting to return to his time and find out the reason for this unusual time travel.

Will this story turn out to be a crazy dream, or has our hero fallen into a coma and cannot wake up? All of this will finally be known only in the third season, which First Channel will show no earlier than 2017. Read more details about the series on this page!
