Scream release date
The MTV channel launched the horror series "Scream" on June 30, 2015. The plot is based on the screenplay of the same-named series of horror films created by Kevin Williamson. The creator of the multi-episode version of this idea is Jill Blotevogel.
The series takes viewers to the town of Lakewood in the United States. As a result of a video featuring lesbian Audrey and her friend being secretly filmed and uploaded to YouTube, a group of teenagers faces many problems. Furthermore, the uploaded video becomes a catalyst for the murder of the cameraman - Tyler O'Neal - and his girlfriend by a mysterious person in a black cloak and white mask. These events open up a whole series of deaths in the town, with everyone involved in the video becoming victims. A cruel maniac, through intimidation via SMS messages and social media, terrorizes his victims and kills them one by one. As each episode unfolds, the plot shows us new and new candidates for the role of the criminal, but time and time again, the audience is deceived, and the search for the true serial killer continues... The script of the series includes all the attributes of a good old "slasher," as well as more detailed character development.
