Already in April 2017, the TV series "The Punisher" will be showcased on the media service Netflix, based on the script by Steve Lightfoot. Viewers are already familiar with the war veteran from Afghanistan through numerous similar films from Marvel, and now an experienced fighter from American comics will appear in the lead role.

The famous combatant lost his entire family due to an armed confrontation between two fierce enemies - his relatives became involuntary witnesses who fell under the bullets. The lone warrior does not possess superhuman abilities, although he is incredibly strong and agile. Daily meticulously planned training and strict discipline have turned him from an ordinary man into an almost invincible killing machine. Regular shooting exercises helped develop astonishing accuracy. The character, who has mastered various martial arts and is proficient in cold weapons, prefers jiu-jitsu techniques and a simple knife. When it comes to tactics in combat and strategic planning, there is no one better than him - for this person, war is real life, not just a difficult period. Frank Castle can only rely on himself and avoids danger only for high objectives, as there is no one left at home to wait for the hero unharmed.
